Dignity
Respect the person, their story, and their agency in the recovery process.
Senai Wellness / In development
We are developing Senai Wellness in Baton Rouge to connect clinical recovery with the practical foundations of daily life. The mission is continuity: a stronger path through treatment, transition, and reintegration.

Why Senai
Recovery calls for more than an isolated episode of care. It calls for relationships, stable routines, and a meaningful direction forward.
The Senai model brings clinical planning and recovery continuity into the same development conversation. Our aim is to reduce the breaks in support that can occur when people move between treatment settings and community life.
That includes attention to the person beyond a diagnosis: family relationships, housing stability, connection to work and learning, and the everyday practices that support a purposeful life. Clinical and non-clinical responsibilities remain distinct.
The person at the center
Senai Wellness and New Beginnings Foundation are separate organizations contributing to the campus development vision. Senai Wellness is developing the clinical care model, while New Beginnings Foundation's planned role centers on housing, community programs and practical supports for reintegration. The project coordinates these complementary responsibilities while maintaining organizational separation.

Our commitments
These principles guide the project we are bringing into being.
Respect the person, their story, and their agency in the recovery process.
Plan for transitions so the next stage of support is part of the conversation from the beginning.
Keep clinical judgment, organizational roles, and development commitments clear.
We are building the foundation for Senai's opening. This public introduction shares our direction; detailed project materials are available through a private briefing with approved recipients.
